Do you ship across Australia and internationally?

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed prior to dispatch. Orders placed from Friday to Monday are processed on Tuesday, while orders placed from Tuesday to Thursday are processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to product availability.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available. Please note that some orders may arrive in more than one shipment if items are sourced from multiple locations.

Do the products look exactly like the photos online?

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, due to handcrafted detailing, studio lighting, and screen differences, slight variations in colour, embroidery, fabric texture, or sizing may occur. These variations are part of the beauty of luxury craftsmanship.

Do you offer bridal and customised outfits?

Yes. Jotey is a recognised bridal specialist, offering luxurious bridal and occasion wear. Please note that customised or altered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What is your Returns & Exchanges policy?

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customised or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
