Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be considered for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In original condition with all tags attached
Free from stains, marks, odours, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Customised & Altered Items

Items that are customised, made to order, or altered in any way are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of luxury and occasion wear, change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted, including size selection, colour preference, or personal styling choices. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details, sizing guides, and images before placing an order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is received damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact Jotey Australia within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs. Once reviewed, an appropriate resolution such as a replacement, exchange, or refund will be arranged.

Handcrafted & Visual Variations

Please note that slight variations in colour, embroidery, fabric texture, detailing, or sizing may occur due to handcrafted techniques, studio lighting, and screen differences. These natural variations are part of the design and are not considered faults.

Return Approval & Processing

All returns or exchanges must be approved before items are sent back. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error by Jotey Australia.
